Standard Residential Service Rates

You should receive your bill on or around the 1st of each month. The net amount is due by 4:00 p.m. on the 15th of each month. If payment is not received by the due date each month, a 10% late penatly will be applied to your account. If payment is not received by the 20th of each month, your account is subject to disconnection. We DO NOT send out shut-off notices. The notice of disconnection for non-payment is printed on your monthly statement. Once an account has been disconnected, a reconnect fee of $70.00 will be applied to the account and all fees due must be paid in full before services will be restored. We do not provide after hours reconnect services.
